    Jason is a well-rounded fire safety engineer with over thirteen years’ experience in the construction industry and is a registered building practitioner in Victoria and New South Wales. He has extensive experience on a multitude of projects across multiple states. Jason’s ability to combine his local and national knowledge has resulted in his elevated status within the industry.

    Luke has over ten years’ experience in the field of fire safety engineering and is a registered building practitioner in Victoria and Tasmania. He prides himself on his client service and ability to achieve great outcomes for projects without compromising on the fire safety aspects of a building.

    Clinton has over nine years’ experience as a fire engineer and is the technical lead of the SQR1 team. Clinton’s knowledge of the local building codes coupled with a drive to assist in achieving great outcomes makes him an essential part of any design team.

    Tayla’s fire engineering career began at Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) in 2016, where she completed the Graduate Program over two years. In that time, she was able to learn the processe typically undertaken by the fire brigade with respect to their regulatory position on projects, in addition to gaining an understanding of certain fire safety and services knowledge specfic to FRV operations.

    Since then, Tayla has been exposed to a multitude of projects. These include both new and existing developments of varying complexity in large scale mixed use developments, office fitouts, aged care, commercial, education and residential developments.


  • Raj, a recent Aerospace Engineering graduate, has swiftly immersed himself in the fire safety engineering industry, contributing to a diverse array of projects. His portfolio includes low-rise residentials, childcare facilities, aged care centres, and office fitouts, showcasing his versatility and adaptability.

    Possessing a knack for quickly grasping new concepts, Raj finds immense satisfaction in problem-solving within the field. He shares a passion for addressing unconventional and demanding fire safety challenges, going beyond mere compliance to craft innovative solutions.

    Raj's commitment to excellence is evident in his meticulous approach to work. His dedication to advancing fire safety standards makes him an invaluable asset to any project team. His aerospace engineering background adds a unique perspective, promising to elevate the quality of the projects he contributes to and further drive advancements in fire safety practices.

Through the application of this knowledge, he takes great satisfaction in resolving novel and challenging fire safety issues. Enthusiastic and thorough, Jeremy is a valuable contributor to any design team.

  • Finn, a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate, is currently pursuing a Master's in the same field while actively contributing to our team in fire safety engineering. Despite stepping into this role with limited prior knowledge, Finn's passionate dedication to learning has enabled him to quickly grasp the complexities of the field. His commitment to continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving makes him a valuable asset to our team, ensuring that he not only meets but exceeds expectations in contributing to our projects.
